Wellbeing Strategic Mapping + Workbook Integration & Practical Somatic Tools

This interactive session is designed to help participants identify their personal stress triggers and develop practical, sustainable strategies for maintaining emotional and physical well-being. Through guided exercises, participants will map out customised stress management plans using individual workbooks provided during the session. These workbooks serve as a tangible resource, supporting post-retreat integration and ongoing self-care. Key elements of the session include: Identifying personal stress patterns and triggers Creating realistic and sustainable wellbeing strategies Guided journaling and reflection using a structured workbook Hands-on practice with somatic and yogic techniques such as: Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Facial self-massage for vagus nerve stimulation Myofascial release using tennis balls Breath-based grounding and nervous system regulation ​ Participants will leave with both a deeper understanding of their stress responses and a personalised toolkit they can implement immediately — enhancing resilience and long-term wellbeing.

Aromatherapy & Reflexology

Participants will enjoy a hands-on introduction to the calming and revitalising benefits of aromatherapy through the use of pure essential oils. They will create their own personalised aromatherapy spritzes and experience the soothing effects of essential oil-infused creams.

The session continues with a guided tutorial on self-massage techniques, including reflexology for the feet and gentle facial massage. Participants will have the option to use their custom-blended essential oils, enhancing the sensory experience and promoting relaxation, circulation, and overall wellbeing.

The Inner Blueprint: Design & Align

This immersive session blends deep relaxation, conscious visioning, and creative expression to support participants in reconnecting with their inner clarity and purpose. We begin with Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative meditative practice also known as Yogic Sleep. Through guided breathwork and body awareness, participants are led into a relaxed state where theta brainwaves become active, allowing for profound inner stillness and access to the subtle body. Following this state of deep rest, participants will transition into an Ideal Day Meditation, a guided visualisation and journaling practice designed to help them articulate what a fulfilling, balanced, and meaningful day looks like in their lives. This reflective process gently places them in the driver’s seat of personal empowerment — identifying the rhythms, priorities, and experiences that resonate with their ideal lifestyle. The meditation is interspersed with prompts and pauses for journaling, allowing each individual time to embody their insights and record them in detail. With a clear inner vision established, participants will then move into a Vision Boarding session. Using imagery and words that reflect their aspirations, they will create a vibrant, personalized collage — searching on their phones or laptops and printing their selections to craft a visual representation of their goals. These vision boards will be mounted on canvas to serve as a powerful daily reminder of what they are consciously manifesting. This session is both grounding and expansive — guiding individuals from inner awareness to tangible intention, fostering inspiration and direction for the path ahead.

From bespoke design and implementation I tailor programs and workshops that combine modern psychology, somatic movement, ancient yogic philosophies with the bio-mechanics of human anatomy in regulating the nervous system.

 

My goal is to facilitate wellness sessions that support teams in managing and eliminating stress in order to prevent burnout for people navigating high-stress environments.
