As a licensed psychotherapist, registered with the Board of Psychologists & Counselors of Kenya I offer personalized therapy sessions (in person and virtual).

 

My therapeutic approach integrates various modalities, including talk therapy, coaching, regression therapy, and kinesthetic therapy, to provide a holistic and personalized experience for my clients.

 

In our sessions, we focus on developing emotional intelligence, expanding emotional vocabulary, and enhancing the ability to process emotions rather than repress them. I ensure that each client leaves with practical strategies to address their concerns, along with measurable tools to track their progress effectively.

Talk therapy and coaching work together to support personal growth and emotional well-being. Talk therapy provides a safe space to explore thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns, helping people process past experiences and navigate current challenges. Coaching, on the other hand, is a forward-focused approach that empowers people to set goals, develop self-awareness, and create actionable strategies for personal and professional success. By integrating both, my clients gain deep emotional insight while also receiving practical tools to create meaningful change in their lives.

Kinaesthetic Therapy

Kinaesthetic Therapy: is an emotion & body-centered approach that uses physical awareness to help identify and process emotions, release stored tension and restore balance. By engaging the mind’s awareness and the body, it promotes deep healing, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.

Regression Therapy

Regression Therapy: is a deep healing approach that taps into the subconscious mind to access and process past experiences that may be influencing present day emotions, behaviors, and thought patterns. By gently guiding my clients into a relaxed state, this therapy allows you to uncover and release unresolved emotions, reframe limiting beliefs, and gain clarity for personal growth and healing.
