Cancellation Policy
At Inner Alchemy, each session time is intentionally reserved to provide dedicated, uninterrupted care. This policy ensures fairness, respect for both practitioner and client time, and the integrity of the therapeutic container. 1. Notice Period Clients are required to provide a minimum of **24 hours’ notice** to cancel or reschedule an individual session. * Cancellations made **more than 24 hours in advance** may be rescheduled at no additional cost. * Cancellations made **within 24 hours of the scheduled session** will incur a **100% session fee**. * This applies regardless of the reason, except in cases of genuine emergency (see Section 5). 2. Late Arrival If you arrive late: * Your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. * The full session fee remains applicable. * If you are more than **15 minutes late without communication**, the session may be considered a **no-show**. 3. No-Shows Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in: * The session being forfeited. * The **full session fee charged** or deducted from your package. 4. Rescheduling Sessions may be rescheduled without penalty when at least **24 hours’ notice** is given. Rescheduling requests made within the 24-hour window will be treated as late cancellations. 5. Emergencies & Compassionate Exceptions Inner Alchemy understands that genuine emergencies may arise. Exceptions may be made at practitioner discretion in cases such as: * Medical emergencies * Family emergencies * Unforeseen urgent circumstances Documentation is not required; however, this flexibility is offered in good faith and not intended for repeated use. 6. Practitioner Cancellation If Inner Alchemy must cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances: * You will be notified as soon as possible. * You will be offered priority rescheduling at a convenient time. * Any prepaid fees will remain fully credited. 7. Corporate & Group Bookings Corporate workshops and group sessions require 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur up to 100% of the agreed booking fee, depending on preparation and scheduling commitments. 8. Policy Agreement By booking a session or service with Inner Alchemy, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. This policy exists to honour the energetic, emotional, and logistical preparation that each session requires.
